An original framed painting of the iconic Abersoch Beach Huts in North Wales.
I created this piece after being inspired by an atmospheric drone shot of a solitary dog walker on the beach. I loved seeing what must be a seagulls view of tiny footprints making trails in the sand, tie-dye tide lines, the graphic tin beach huts roofs on one side, the ocean on the other. It instantly took me back to contented moments perched on the sand dunes mid walk, with a hot flask and my furry friend sat beside me. Such an iconic part of Abersoch Beach, those rustic huts half buried in the dunes with their bleached tones of blue, green and driftwood, always remind me of quieter beach days which are all about peace and contemplation. There is such comfort in knowing that my special place of calm is always there, and that the tide will always come in and go out leaving fresh sand each day. I hope this piece of artwork takes you there too.
