Do you collaborate?

Absolutely yes! As a designer and artist, I love to share the creative flow and am very open to collaborations with like minded brands and businesses. Please do get in touch to discuss the possibilities.

Does the price include framing?

The price for all original paintings includes framing with either a white wooden floating frame or a glass insert, white mount and a white, wood grain effect frame depending on the material.

Each frame is bespoke and made to order.

Giclee prints do not include a framing service.

How will my order be shipped?

I aim to use recyclable or recycled packaging materials where possible.

All original paintings will be hand delivered if your delivery location is within 25 miles of my studio. Others will be sent via tracked delivery and insured.

Prints delivered to a UK address are shipped with Royal Mail using either a special delivery service or first class signed for, depending on the value of the print. 

International postage will be tracked and insured. For international shipping, please contact me for a shipping quote based on your order and location.

Tracking information will be provided in the shipping notification email.

Delivery prices?

I offer FREE delivery on all original paintings and prints shipped to addresses within the UK.

When will I receive my order?

For all original painting orders, allow 4-6 weeks until shipment as each frame is made bespoke for each painting and depends on lead times.

Prints are made to order and will ship within 10-12 business days of the order being placed. In addition to this processing time, please allow 2-5 business days for transit.

If you would like to request a special delivery, please email me here stating your order reference number and name along with your request and I will see what I can do!

Will my art be signed?

All original art is signed by hand with a certificate of authentication included.

Limited edition prints will have a digital signature and an edition number.

How often do you release a new collection of paintings?

I try to create a new series every season (each quarter) which will typically contain between 5-10 original pieces and occasionally a range of prints corresponding to the main paintings. These will all be released for sale at the same time and date. I announce this on my website and social media.

If I feel inspired to paint between the main collection releases, there may also be a few mini series sprinkled in.

I recommend following along on Instagram for sneak peeks of upcoming work and behind the scenes action.

Do you offer custom paintings?

I am hoping to release a limited number of commission slots in the future on a rolling basis as I would love to capture your favourite places!

These paintings will have a minimum order value of £600 with pricing based on the size of the piece.

Do you exhibit your work?

Yes!

I will announce any upcoming exhibitions on the home page and on social media.

Are the images on screen true to colour?

There is a certain degree of variance between the different screens and light levels we each use to view websites. Therefore the colour hue and saturation cannot be 100% guaranteed however, I am very confident that the digital images of my work represent as true likeness of the painting and colours.

If you would like to request more photos, I would be happy to send them.

What is your returns policy?

All paintings and prints are non returnable unless missing in transit or damage before delivery has occurred.

In the instance of a damaged print or original, you will only receive a full refund after photographic evidence of the damage has been reviewed and accepted. Photos would need to be provided, ideally taken with the courier and before the damaged package has been opened.

If the order goes missing in the post, a full refund will be given.

What is your privacy policy?

Customer privacy and security is extremely important to me. Customers can request to remove their data from my website and unsubscribe from marketing material at any time. View the full Privacy policy here.
